MotorEasy

MotorEasy helps the everyday driver take the hassle out of car ownership. Its a one-stop shop, or Digital Garage, where they can manage all their vehicle needs.

It’s a place to store car details and access policy documents and workshop records, get reminders on important dates like MOT and Tax renewal, as well as tap into discounted offers from MotorEasy and its partners.

Since launch, over 850k people have set up a digital garage account, with accumulated records on over 1.8million vehicles. That’s an average of 2.3 cars per account! (all figs are examples to be changed).

Data-rich by design

With every product quoted or purchased, and every workshop booking processed, the MotorEasy platform acquires data that informs our CRM, including triggers to our Dialler system initiate a follow-up email or Telesales call.

Triggers range from a prompt to replace a tyre, an offer to buy an extended warranty, a reminder that a car finance plan is approaching its end.

“the data we capture on tyre tread depth and brake wear, helps us to trigger an alert for a replacement"
